Vinod Kumar  
The Founder & Chief Executive Officer at Shezar Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Vinod is a manager who leads from the front. Prior to joining Shezar, he was Director of Mafatlal Consultancy Services, India ltd. Has proven negotiation skills and was instrumental in forming International Alliances with World Leaders like Lotus Development Corporation, Executrain Corporation, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), & International Webmasters Association. He has procured & worked on a plethora of multi-million dollar projects from major international organizations like DST Systems, Kansas, Trade.com, NY, Texaco, UK, etc. Negotiated and setup Indian Joint Ventures with Sunkyong, Dow Jones and Reed publishing. With over 12 years of international experience in the Global Management Consulting & media industry, he is the Senior Partner at Sustainable Development of UK.

When he left MCS in 2002 to start SHEZAR, MCS under his leadership was a 230 people, Rs. 290 million organization with offices in the UK, Australia and a fully owned subsidiary in the US which was taken over by ORI INC. for a reported US $ 20 Million.
 
Sushma Morthania
The Director – Operations, Human Resources & Alliances, Sushma handles the nerve centre of the company. With an extensive background in film, media and technology consulting, she is an able hands on manager.
Sushma has an exceptional record of working for giants like APTECH and SDIL, as well as the credit of single handedly setting up the Development centre of Mafatlal Consultancy Services In Bangalore. As the Dy. GM – HRD, she also has the credit of handling the functions of Recruiting, training and Resettlement at MCS for recruiting and Training over 200 Top notch software professionals.
