» Wall mounting cabinets

Shezar cabinets are built to comply with the dimensional requirements of DIN 41494 and IEC 297 international standards for the mounting of 19” panels and equipment.

Shezar cabinets are available from 6U to 15U as wall mount cabinets with following features:

• Made in CKD version to facilitate ease of transport.
• Can be assembled in minutes.
• Adjustable 19” rails in front and rear.
• Front section with toughened glass and lock.
• Cable entry knockouts in top and bottom cover.
• Provision for mounting of cooling fan.
• Twin section Unit with main hinged to 100 mm deep

Rear wall mounted section also available.

» Floor standing cabinets

Cabinet in 17U to 42U sizes are as floor mount cabinets. Stationery tray, Sliding tray, Rotary keyboard tray, Cantilever shelf, Modem tray, Vertical power manager, Fan tray, etc, are available as accessories.

» open frame racks

For applications requiring complete accessibility and low cost alternative, Open Racks are available in CKD version. All the accessories for floor mount cabinets can be fitted on these.

» Terminal boxes

• Built to IP Specifications, there are many practical Sizes to choose from based on your requirements.
• Multi - Fold design prevents the entry of dust and water inside the box.
• Design of front lid screws ensures speedy release of the cover without the screws falling off.
• Perfect sealing is guaranteed by the highly elastic, all round FORMED-IN-PLACE FOAM GASKET (FIPFG).
• All surfaces are attractively powder coated with RAL 7032 structure finish.
• The Boxes come with holes in the rear panel for ease of installation either directly on the wall or machine body.

• Small Enclosures are manufactured to give flexibility of door opening direction as per requirements.
• Perfect sealing is guaranteed by the highly elastic, all round FORMED-IN-PLACE FOAM GASKET.
• Many Practical sizes to choose from.
• Supplied with Zinc plated mounting plate.
• Cutout doors with acrylic sheet / toughened glass for see through operation available.
• On the inside of front door rails are provided for mounting drawing pocket/components.
• Powder Coated with RAL 7032 structure finish as standard.
• Customer Specific colours and pre punched holes on front doors available for a minimum batch of 25 Nos. of one size.

» standard cabinets

Standard Cabinets are manufactured on state of the art CNC machines. The main body of the structure is fully welded to ensure strength, stability and accuracy of dimensions. The Frame of the cabinet is made of 2/2.5 mm CRCA sheet depending upon the size of the cabinets. The front covers are made of 2 mm CRCA sheet and side, back and top covers are made of 1.5 mm CRCA sheet. ISI tested eye bolts for lifting the panel and Document holder are part of the standard supply.

These Cabinets can be bayed together to form a larger system. Hinges, 3 point locks and other hardware used are from ISO certified manufacturers.

Zinc passivated mounting plate of 2.5/3 mm CRCA sheet, Horizontal supports with punched holes. Exhaust fan mounting brackets and filters can be supplied as per extra requirement.

In Standard Cabinets the main structure is powder coated with RAL 7011 (DA gray) plain matt finish and all doors and covers are powder coated with RAL 7032 (Siemens gray) having structure finish.

Plinths available in 100 mm and 200 mm height for cable entries.

» Control Consoles

CONTROL CONSOLES are fitted with GAS SPRINGS to hold the position as the Top cover is opened and also facilitate easy opening of the Top Cover. Direction of Front door can be changed with ease without the Aid of any special tools. Perfect sealing is guaranteed by the highly elastic, all round FORMED-IN-PLACE FOAM GASKET. Powder Coated with RAL 7032 structure finish.

These Consoles can be mounted on a 100mm Plinth for cable entry OR with castor wheels for mobility OR can be fitted with leveling screws.

The body of the console is made of 1.5mm CRCA sheet . The top cover is made of 2mm CRCA sheet and the mounting plate is made of 3mm CRCA sheet.
